By accessing or using the services of Stunning Collection (the "Platform"), which include our AI-powered booking engine (Tanya), curated hotel collection, membership services, wallet services, and eGold investments, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TRAVOLIER PAY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of India with registered office at C2/401 LOTUS POND, VEERA DESAI ROAD, ANDHERI WEST, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400053. CIN: U74999MH2024PTC429951.

2Definitions

• "User" means any individual or entity accessing our Platform
• "Member" means a registered user with an active Stunning Collection membership (Explorer, Voyager, or Elite tier)
• "Booking" means any reservation made through our Platform for travel services
• "Supplier" means hotels, resorts, and other third-party service providers in our curated collection accessed via TravelGate and other distribution partners
• "Tanya" means our AI concierge and booking assistant that powers personalized recommendations
• "Wallet" means your Stunning Collection digital wallet for storing funds and rewards
• "eGold" means digital gold earned as rewards or purchased through our Augmont partnership
• "Payment Gateway" means Juspay Technologies Private Limited operating HDFC SmartGateway

4Tanya AI Services & Liability

4.1 Nature of the AI Service

Tanya is our AI-powered travel concierge that provides personalized recommendations, booking assistance, and travel planning support. While Tanya uses advanced AI to optimize your travel experience, all final booking decisions require your explicit confirmation.

4.2 AI Decision Transparency

You have the right to understand how Tanya makes recommendations. Upon request, we can provide explanations for AI-driven suggestions including factors considered in hotel rankings and price predictions.

4.3 Limitations

While Tanya strives for accuracy, AI recommendations are based on available data and algorithms. Final pricing, availability, and terms are always confirmed with suppliers at the time of booking.
