1General Refund Policy

Stunning Collection acts as an intermediary between you and our curated collection of boutique hotels (via TravelGate and partner APIs). All refunds are subject to the terms of the respective hotel and vary based on:

  • • Rate type (Flexible, Non-refundable, Member-exclusive)
  • • Cancellation timing relative to check-in date
  • • Your membership tier (Explorer, Voyager, Elite)
  • • Special promotions or seasonal policies

3How to Cancel

You can cancel your booking through any of these methods:

  1. 1. Via Tanya: Ask Tanya "Cancel my booking" and provide your booking reference
  2. 2. My Bookings: Go to Account → My Bookings → Select booking → Cancel
  3. 3. Email: Send cancellation request to concierge@stunningcollection.com
  4. 4. Phone: Call our concierge at +91 11 4567 8900

5Non-Refundable Bookings

Some rates are marked as non-refundable at the time of booking and offer significant discounts. These bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund. However, Elite members may request a one-time exception per year, subject to approval by our concierge team.
